Tracy Anello – Vice President, Human Resources PracticeTracy Anello is vice president of the human resources practice for Corporate United, the nation’s largest group purchasing organization. In this role, she is responsible for defining the strategic plans for new and existing human resources categories and for overseeing the development and relationships of key suppliers and partners.
With more than 25 years of human resources experience, Ms. Anello has a keen focus on employee development and leadership, talent acquisition and performance management, training and development, sales training, marketing operations, account management and service delivery.
Ms. Anello spent the first 17 years of her career working for News America Marketing, a division of News Corporation. While there, she held various positions including vice president, Midwest division and national director of training and development. In 2004, Ms. Anello joined ManpowerGroup for a six-year period where she held a number of sales and marketing positions, leading to her role as manager of proposal management for North America.
In 2008, Ms. Anello established Tracy Anello LLC, a consulting firm focused on serving small businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals with executive coaching, leadership development and career coaching. A few years later, she joined HarQen, a small Milwaukee-based start-up in the voice-asset industry, as director of client services.
Ms. Anello graduated from Alverno College with a bachelors of arts in business management. She also completed a graduate certificate in rhetorical leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
