Peter Kolp:
Category Manager: Relocation Services
Pete Kolp is President and Founder of Advanced Integrated Solutions (AIS), a consulting company specializing in working with companies to solve their employee relocation needs, from policy consulting to spend analysis to supplier selection to contract management. AIS has been in operation for 3 years. Prior to that Mr. Kolp held senior management positions in several relocation service companies and is also a former corporate banker.

Mr. Kolp’s professional career began as a banker working with mid-market and large-market companies, concentrating on lending and cash management services. Upon leaving the banking industry, he joined a former client in the relocation services business. For the past 24 years, Mr. Kolp has been involved with all facets of the employee relocation process. He holds several distinctions within the relocation industry.


Headquartered in Manhattan, New York City, Brightfield Strategies is a boutique consultancy comprised of forward-thinking professionals with deep experience in sourcing and contingent workforce management. Brightfield draws upon metrics-based improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma to design objective, data-driven program strategies for its Fortune 100 clients. Christopher V. Goff, Esq.:
Category Manager: Pharmacy Benefits Management
Christopher Goff is President and CEO of Employers Health Coalition of Ohio and its subsidiary, Employers Health Purchasing Corporation of Ohio. Employers Health is a coalition of employers in northeast Ohio, representing over 1,000,000 covered lives. Employers Health is engaged in group purchasing, lobbying, health care quality initiatives, community health improvement and education. Prior to 1995, Mr. Goff held management positions in three managed health care organizations.

A consultant and counsel to plan sponsors in the area of employee benefits, Mr. Goff served on the Booz Allen Hamilton consulting team as an expert advisor to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for Part D pharmacy implementation activities resulting from the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003. He is on the faculty of the College for Advanced Management of Health Benefits, affiliated with Thomas Jefferson Medical College, Department of Health Policy, where he teaches the pharmacy benefits management track. He also serves on the URAC PBM Accreditation and Employer Advisory Boards as well as the Pharmacy Benefits Management Institute Advisory Board.
