1. Business Assessment
Building strong relationships is where it all begins. In this
introductory phase, Corporate United examines your procurement
initiatives and goals. Based on agreed upon objectives, we match
the best commodities and suppliers to your needs. At this time
we also determine our ability to provide analysis on preferred
commodities. If agreement is reached to move forward, Corporate
United will then receive and review information on your current
contract. Usage information on the spend category is also forwarded
to us at this time, and we conduct a Needs Analysis. The results
are compared with CU’s current contract and potential hard
dollar savings are discussed. At this point, a decision is made
to execute the CU membership agreement.
