Position Title: Sourcing Manager
Reports to: Vice President of Sourcing Operations

Our growth has resulted in the need to expand our infrastructure, and we are currently seeking the services of an experienced strategic sourcing manager who will play a key role in the execution of our operational strategy. Far from the traditional sourcing role, the ideal candidate should be prepared to hit the ground running in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and executing the sourcing process for assigned categories.
- Engaging and leading stakeholders through the sourcing process.
- Developing sourcing strategies and leading teams through an understanding of business trends and market conditions.
- Establishing project timelines and execute against them.
- Negotiating contracts.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional education, training, and/or certifications preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in professional procurement/supplier management positions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams to consensus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
- Thorough knowledge of purchasing and strategic sourcing disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership in forming and maintaining strategic alliances.
- Strong project management skills.
- Skilled in understanding and negotiating complex agreements and able to lead a negotiating team.
- Candidates with experience sourcing indirect (non-production) goods and services categories preferred.
- Experience working in a small-company environment preferred.
