Mike Patton
Michael has nearly 30 years of experience in the supply chain and material management arena. He is the current Director of Supply Chain Management for Johnson Controls, and the former CEO of Corporate Strategic Services, PurchasingFirst and MinorityAmerica, whose core business was providing Best Practice outsourcing, supply chain and materials management services to all sectors of business.
He has worked for, directed and been a provider of procurement and materials management expertise for various middle-market and Fortune 1000 firms, including Shell Oil Company, Baxter Healthcare, Cardinal Industries, Celanese, CRSS (Jacobs Engineering), Huntington National Bank and Johnson Controls.
He is recognized as a leading expert on outsourcing, strategic sourcing and supply chain management. He has authored Info Edge articles, conducted ISM seminars, presented at ISM affiliate meetings and developed and presented a national satellite videoconference on outsourcing and will be presenting at the 2005 ISM international conference in San Antonio, Texas. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations and Production Management from Ohio State University with advanced coursework (MBA) at Texas A&M University.

Dr. Doug Aldrich, CFM, IFMA Fellow worked at Dow Corning in Michigan for 38 years, 20 in technical/management positions, and 18 in FM. He designed, built and operated labs around the world, with his last one in China. He joined Turner Construction as VP-GM of a start-up FM business, and recently opened his own consulting firm as career #3. His FM outsourcing opinion articles have been published in number Facilities publications. Doug has served as a past Chair of IFMA International and is active in the Denver Chapter of IFMA.

Paul Ring leads the outsourcing business case practice for CH2M HILL’s facilities management group and has presented to numerous national forums on the best practices and approaches associated with developing successful outsourcing relationships.
