What airport do you recommend using?
We recommend using Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which is less than 30 minutes from the resort.
What is the dress code for the conference?
In previous years, we’ve requested attendees wear business casual attire, but given this year’s new and much warmer setting (80s-90s during the day/high 60s/mid-70s in the evenings), we’re encouraging attendees to dress casual, but still somewhat conservative. However, keep in mind that conference rooms can be chilly, so bring a sweater or a jacket! Breakfast, lunches and dinners may be held outside.
What is the cost of the conference?

Can I change an existing registration?

Am I responsible for my own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations?
Yes; travel arrangements and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of each individual attendee.
How do I secure a hotel guest room?
For guest room reservations, call 480.948.5000 and ask for the Corporate United SYNERGY 2012 group rate for a
reduced nightly rate. Please note this rate is only available until April 27, 2012.
What are the supplier meetings on the registration page?
SYNERGY 2012 offers opportunities for event attendees to meet one-on-one or in small groups (for general discovery meetings only) with our supplier-partners. These 30 minute meetings, requested at time of website event registration, allow you to meet with suppliers and a Corporate United member development representative to learn more about the supplier’s category offering. These meetings (up to 5) will be scheduled based on your interest and on the supplier’s availability. When registering, you will select one of these topics for each of your meetings:
- General discovery – Would like to learn more about this agreement/supplier
- Engaged with supplier – Actively pursuing this category; would like to discuss next steps
- Utilizing agreement – Would like to discuss existing partnership/agreement
