Corporate United Welcomes its Supplier Partners to Participate in SYNERGY 2012

Corporate United’s 11th annual SYNERGY conference is set for May 14-15, 2011 in Scottsdale, Arizona at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort. All Corporate United supplier partners are encouraged to attend and participate in our 2012 sponsorship program, which includes all sorts of exciting sponsorship opportunities for the conference.

SYNERGY Supplier Agenda

The supplier attendee agenda is slightly different from that of the normal attendee; however, this year we’ve added new events specifically for suppliers. Suppliers are also included in most of the attendee functions. See the complete agenda.

SYNERGY Supplier Educational Session
New this year, we’ve added an educational session just for suppliers at SYNERGY 2012! The session will provide valuable information around how to engage with your customers to achieve long-term loyalty and much more. Learn more about the session and speaker here.

2012 Sponsorship Program
If your organization has not already signed up for a 2012 Corporate United sponsorship, you can request the complete sponsorship program.

Supplier SYNERGY Registration
Corporate United suppliers must participate in the sponsorship program to attend SYNERGY. Registration is required for each individual supplier attendee and can be done by visiting the registration page. Register for the event.

Supplier Meetings / Business Development Meetings
We are encouraging all SYNERGY attendees to set up one-on-one “supplier meetings” with our suppliers during the conference. These 30-minute meetings or small group meetings will be coordinated by Corporate United and will be provided to you in advance of the conference. We have limited the number of meetings requested by conference attendees to five (5) this year and increased the amount of informal networking opportunities; this will allow for more time to engage with attendees who may not have requested a meeting. Corporate United’s member development representatives will be available to make introductions.
Please be sure to pick up the most up to date meeting schedule upon check in at SYNERGY.

The goal of these meetings is to allow attendees and suppliers the ability to meet and discuss one of the following topics:

General discovery – Would like to learn more about this agreement/supplier
Engaged with supplier – Actively pursuing this category; would like to discuss next steps
Utilizing agreement – Would like to discuss existing partnership/agreement

Marketing Information
Throughout the SYNERGY conference, we will have an area for all the sponsors to display marketing materials for the attendees to access. This will allow attendees to spend some of their free time learning more about Corporate United’s portfolio of industry-leading suppliers.

Since space will be limited, we ask that you please abide by the parameters below:

Table coverage for items is approximately 6 by 2 feet per supplier
Marketing items can include literature, white papers and promotional items – if not certain, please feel free to ask
Quantity suggested – 200 pieces for attendees
Shipping – please send the items in a box marked as “marketing information” along with your company name and send to the shipping address below for arrival on Friday, May 11 or Saturday, May 12
Set - please have marketing displays ready by 7:30am Tuesday, May 15

This is voluntary, but it is a great chance to promote your company throughout the entire event.
